By commissioning or purchasing from Psycho Wolf Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice.

You must be 18 years or older to commission a suit or purchase custom work. We do not accept commissions from minors under any circumstances.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change before your commission slot is secured.
   
• A non-refundable deposit (usually 30-50%) is required to book a slot. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
   
• Full payment must be made before the item ships or is picked up.
   

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   
• A quote does not guarantee a slot. A slot is only secured once the deposit is received.
   

• Typical turnaround time ranges from 3 to 12 months depending on complexity, queue length, and supply availability.
   
• Deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Rush fees may apply.
   

• All deposits are non-refundable.
   
• If the commissioner cancels after work has started, a partial refund (minus materials and labor) may be considered at our discretion.
   
• If Psycho Wolf Studios must cancel for any reason, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on work completed.
   

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated once the suit is complete.
   
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our studio. Insurance and tracking are strongly recommended.
   

• We offer a limited 30-day warranty on craftsmanship. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care are not covered.
   
• Repairs beyond the warranty window may be available for a fee.
   

• We reserve the right to decline commissions that are outside our skill set or style.
   
• If you choose an “artistic liberty” slot, you trust us to design the final look based on a theme or idea. Minor changes can be made, but major redesigns may incur additional fees.
   

• You own the physical suit once paid in full, but we retain the right to use photos of our work for promotion, portfolios, and social media.
   
• You may not claim the suit as your own work or resell it for profit without disclosure.
   

We will not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
